TrendBoi is a an Index trader, specifically designed to trade the German index (DAX).
It is meant to place one trade a day, based on the direction of the market. It’s adjustable and can run different types of settings. I have given my recommend version, but I will send an extended list of possible and efficient settings to anyone who purchases the program.
The algo does NOT rely on MartinGale techniques and similar high risk strategies that gives those unrealistic hit rates and crazy returns. A good way to see that is looking at the chart. As the green Equity line is never trailing down below the Balance, you will know that this method don't keep losing trades around.
The returns are good given that the algo is honest and performs with a low and stable DD. You can adjust the risk based on your liking. The charts below are a 0.5% risk. However if you are more or less risk averse, feel free to adjust this in the settings.
Recommended:
- Symbol: DAX (Germany40)
- Timeframe: 15min
- Account size: Min 1000 USD/EUR
- Leverage: Min 10:1
Recommended EA settings:
- EntryHour: 9 (GMT+2)
- EntryMinute: 30
- Range In candles: 2
- ClosingHour: 21 (GMT+2)
Please note, as the method only takes about 1 trade a day, and while using the recommended settings, the algo has a hit rate of about (40%), therefore it is recommend to have a bit of patience while using this as it can take multiple days before cathing good trade.
Adjustable Parameters
Please ensure that the time of trading is 30 minutes after the opening of the EU market. That would mean 9:30 UTC+1. As my MT5 is running UTC+2 the settings are currently set for 10:30.
